Brookefield Park offers skilled nursing services, rehabilitation therapies, social services, life-enrichment activities, home-cooked meals, nutritional services, maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry. We offer a home-like environment where family is serving family! Built new and opened in 2013, our facility is not what you may think of as a “traditional” nursing home.
We approach each resident as if they are the most important person and provide quality life as well as quality care.
We personalize each resident’s care based on their lifestyle, likes, and dislikes. We host a resident care conference within 24 hours of admission and we base our care plan on each resident’s individual needs. The local physicians visit the facility to meet and access our new residents within 24 hours of admission.
St. Paul, Nebraska, is home of the St. Paul Wildcats. Our facility is located one block away from the local school and the Howard County Community Hospital. St. Paul is also the home of Grover Cleveland Alexander, so if you are a baseball fan, you’ll really love it here!
