Leadership almost always find enough staff when staff members are sick to provide great care to the resident. Staff willing to pick up shifts when needed.

Administration is visible throughout the facility. They offer assistance and genuinely listen to both employees and residents. Everyone from the kitchen staff to housekeeping and beyond clearly cares about the facility and the people in it.

There are often times when we get treated with snacks/food from staff both management and nurses.

The management team and all the other staff members treat each other as a family. For instance, they value the part-time guest relations receptionists as important and as part of the team.
